Job summary

WebEngage is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia to bridge customer needs and the WebEngage platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to design tailored solutions and demonstrate business impact.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong technical storytelling, and hands-on experience with CDPs, APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting (SaaS/MarTech/CDP/Analytics).
• Deep understanding of CDPs, data architecture, and integration via APIs/SDKs/pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, predictive analytics, and data science basics.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data integration, and web/mobile SDKs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to align challenges with WebEngage platform capabilities.
• Deliver product demonstrations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Execute POCs to validate integration performance and outcomes.
• Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation with Product/Engineering.
• Collaborate across teams to identify TALs and support GTM efforts.
• Engage IT/marketing/business teams to align on architecture and data flows.
• Develop demo assets and training resources to accelerate deals.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and competitive insights.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives as a technical expert and brand advocate.
