Job summary

TrendAITM seeks a solutions engineer in Jeddah, KSA to bridge sales and customers, delivering compelling security demonstrations and guiding customers through Trend Micro Next-Gen solutions.

You will train partners, craft technical narratives, and present complex security concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels worldwide. A strong focus on customer success and continuous learning is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of presales/Solution engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud native security concepts (SASE, CASB, Zero Trust).
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS is a plus.
• Exposure to firewall, content security, IPS, encryption, data leakage & monitoring solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest and passion for cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical bridge between Sales and pre-sales customers.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations of Trend Micro solutions.
• Train and enable partners and channel to engage customers effectively.
• Present complex security concepts to all levels of an organization in an understandable way.
• Develop customer-focused solutions addressing security needs and gaps.
