Qualificações

• 5–6 years of sales or business development experience in technology or smart building solutions.
• Strong software/technology sales experience is essential.
• Understanding of building technologies, facility management or building operations.
• Experience with smart buildings, IoT, energy management, sustainability or PropTech is advantageous.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

We are currently looking for a high-performing Software Sales Manager to join a growing technology business in Riyadh, focused on smart building and digital solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who understands both technology/software sales and how modern buildings are operated and managed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive sales and business development for smart building and technology solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges across facility management, building operations, energy efficiency and sustainability and position relevant technology solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closure.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities across the Saudi market and contribute to business growth.
• Work closely with technical and internal teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.

What we're looking for:

• 5–6 years of sales/business development experience in technology, software or smart building solutions.
• Strong software/technology sales experience is essential.
• Good understanding of building technologies, facility management or building operations.
• Experience with smart buildings, IoT, energy management, sustainability, PropTech, IWMS/CAFM or related solutions would be highly advantageous.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, open doors and develop new business.
• Saudi market experience is preferred, particularly Riyadh.
• Arabic speakers are strongly preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC are encouraged to apply.
