Job summary

Justlife is seeking a Social Media Executive in Saudi Arabia to own the KSA social portfolio, plan the content calendar, and drive influencer campaigns with autonomy. You will coordinate shoots across the Kingdom, ensure Arabic-first, on-brand content, and collaborate with branding and performance teams to make Justlife feel native in Saudi Arabia.

Based in KSA, you’ll partner with designers and copywriters to deliver compelling content that engages a predominantly female audience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running social media for a brand you’ve owned.
• Native or fluent Arabic, able to write Arabic-first, on-brand content.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and able to travel across the Kingdom for shoots.
• Know-how to make a video shoot happen: brief crew, location, output.
• Strong sense of what makes content land with a Saudi audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Saudi content calendar end-to-end for Justlife KSA.
• Plan, ship, and maintain a consistent monthly content cadence.
• Grow engagement with content that resonates with a Saudi audience.
• Run influencer campaigns from outreach to live implementation.
• Manage creators end-to-end and coordinate shoots across the Kingdom.
• Localise the brand to feel genuinely native in Saudi Arabia.

Own Justlife s social in Saudi Arabia the calendar the creators the shoots the whole story Every month hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner a beauty service a handyman or a healthcare visit through Justlife In Saudi the content that builds our brand the calendar the Reels the creators is yours to own We re looking for a Social Media Executive in Saudi Arabia who has run social for a brand before who writes Arabic-first content that sounds like us who can make a shoot happen anywhere in the Kingdom and who wants the autonomy to turn ideas into reality

The Role

You ll own social end to end for Justlife KSA building and running the content calendar executing influencer campaigns from outreach to going live and writing Arabic-first on-brand content when it s needed You ll drive video shoots across Saudi you don t have to be behind the camera but you know how to make a shoot happen brief crew location output You ll report to the KSA lead and work closely with the central branding and performance marketing teams designers and copywriters and the UAE social media team This is a new KSA-localised role you ll be the person who makes our brand feel native in Saudi Our creator roster and audience here are mostly women so a real feel for that community matters This is not a post-and-schedule role We re giving you real autonomy the freedom to roam to make the call and to turn your ideas into content people actually want to watch

Must-haves

• Native or fluent Arabic, with the ability to write Arabic-first, on-brand content.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam), and able to travel across the Kingdom for shoots.
• The know-how to make a video shoot happen brief, crew, location, output even if you're not the one filming.
• A strong sense of what makes content land with a Saudi audience: trends, formats, and tone.
• The drive and autonomy to own social end to end and turn ideas into reality.
