Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of complex construction sites. You will manage delivery, storage, and distribution of materials, organize site access, and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance to keep operations efficient and safe.

The role requires 15+ years in sitewide logistics, with preference for Abu Dhabi project experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or Real Estate Development.
• Chartership preferred.
• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, recognised safety programmes, First Aid, Lifting Supervisor Certification, traffic management, institutional membership.
• Over 15 years of sitewide logistics management experience on complex projects.
• Prior Abu Dhabi project experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site-wide logistics through procurement of a site-wide logistics management contractor.
• Define and monitor that the scope of services is delivered with measurable goals.
• Move labour, plant and materials around site safely and efficiently.
• Run regular logistics meetings and maintain a secure, well-maintained site.
• Manage worker accommodations and develop processes, procedures and inductions.
• Oversee supply chain movement plans and lookahead forecasting.
• Ensure logistics do not constrain the project program.
• Create site safety manual and ensure first aid cover and equipment.
• Develop, update and execute the Site Emergency Plan.
• Communicate information effectively around the site and coordinate signage.
• Manage access roads for show houses/sales pavilions as needed.
• Provide a robust security management system to support logistics.
