Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Site Supervisor for civil construction projects. You will oversee safety, quality, and budget adherence while coordinating the construction team and subcontractors on site.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with 5+ years of experience, including leadership and SAP ERP familiarity. GCC experience is a plus, and the position is on-site with a strong emphasis on safety and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years in relevant roles; GCC experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
• Experience in project management with scheduling and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• ERP SAP functional skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify safety hazards.
• Supervise construction team and subcontractors.
• Educate site workers on safety regulations and protocols.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure design, safety, and budget alignment.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
• Maintain attendance records and evaluate performance.
