Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to oversee large-scale site activities in Saudi Arabia. You will manage teams, interpret drawings and specs, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across construction phases.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience in design-build environments. SAP ERP familiarity is preferred to synchronize procurement, budgeting, and reporting with project goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Lead contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to meet project objectives.
• Provide technical support, interpret drawings and specifications.
• Implement QA procedures and inspections to meet standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to avoid delays.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain project records and report to management and stakeholders.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting and resolution.
