Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a General Foreman to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and per specifications.

The role emphasizes supervising labor, materials, and equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining production while controlling costs. GCC experience and SAP ERP familiarity are advantageous for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience, GCC is a plus.
• Knowledge of project safety programs and HSE procedures.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of workmanship and minimize reworks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to meet schedules.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor safety compliance and report risks to site engineer.
• Oversee resources: labor, materials, equipment to control costs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety procedures during work hours.
