Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned WSD Production Supervisor for the Workshop Division to oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will plan resources, allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet project specs and production targets.

You will supervise a team, review drawings and specifications, coordinate with Planning, QA/QC and Maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while enforcing HSE policies on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience; GCC experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities including formwork, concrete, masonry work, logistics and procurement.
• Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Monitor workload and resource utilization; assign jobs based on skills and project priorities.
• Review work orders, drawings, and specifications; ensure correct interpretation and execution.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance for smooth production flow.
• Oversee usage and upkeep of tools, machines, and equipment; report malfunctions.
• Maintain records of progress, time sheets, production logs, and material usage.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies within the workshop.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to site teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and safety.
