Job summary

Almarai, the world’s largest dairy company, is seeking a Site Quality Assurance Manager for its Al Kharj site in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure full site compliance with Safety Policy, Quality Policy, and Divisional Quality Management System, while guiding quality-related processes, personnel and resources.

The role requires a Bachelor's in food science, 8 years in food and beverage management, with expertise in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and strong Arabic and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience in food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP).
• Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety and Quality principles and best practices.
• Sound financial awareness with ability to manage resources and control costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

About the Role:

Site Quality Assurance Manager, Al Kharj, KSA

Core Purpose of the job:

To ensure full site compliance with the company's Safety Policy, Quality Policy, Divisional Quality Management System and achievement of the Divisional Business and Quality Objectives by managing all quality-related processes, personnel and resources.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years management experience in food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP standards.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) principles and best practices.
• Possess sound financial awareness with the ability to manage resources and control costs effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
