Job summary

Air Products BHIG seeks a Site Manager to lead operations and maintenance teams at the Air Separation Plant and related facilities in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. You will direct daily operations, supervise a diverse team, and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance to ensure safe, reliable performance.

You will champion HSSE safety, manage outages, and drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and supply chain to meet contractual commitments and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering.
• 10+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance.
• Air Separation and/or Steam Methane Reformer operations a plus.
• 6+ years in line supervision of process operations.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance staff.
• Interface with Engineering and Maintenance for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate outages and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Drive site safety culture and operational excellence.
