BHIG—Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases, a Saudi Aramco/Air Products Qudra JV, seeks an Assistant Site Manager for its Jubail facility. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor shift staff, and drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across all process units.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and engineering, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, and leading improvement initiatives to maximize production efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering.
• 10+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance.
• 6+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.
• Proven coordination experience in a multi-team environment including operations, engineering, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
• Knowledge and understanding of local environmental and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate and manage customer interactions on a daily basis.

• Manage and supervise operations staff to meet targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for safe operation.
• Ensure BHIG safety practices and environmental compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide coaching to operations personnel.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for facility issues.
