Job summary

BHIG—Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Site Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of a complex industrial facility including Air Separation, Hydrogen reforming, CO2 processing, and power generation. The role reports to the Operation Line Manager and requires strong leadership, safety oversight, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering.
10 years minimum in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance.
6+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.
Proven coordination experience in a multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direction & guidance from Engineering and Maintenance for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.
Ensure safety of all operations and maintenance personnel per BHIG safety programs.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Manage plant production efficiently with data-driven decisions to meet safety, reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
