Job summary

Air Products seeks an Assistant Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a large gas processing facility in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. You will supervise shift teams, coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering, and drive safe, reliable plant performance to meet production targets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering and 10+ years in gas or petrochemical operations, including 6+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance.
• 6+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plant operations to meet safety, reliability, and production targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance for troubleshooting and outages.
• Ensure safe work practices, incident investigations, and adherence to HSSE policies.
• Provide support to planning, scheduling, and documentation for maintenance activities.
• Foster a one-team culture and interface effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
