Job summary

Catrion Catering Holding, based in Jeddah and now operating in Riyadh, seeks a Team Leader for Accommodation & Transportation to supervise site operations, ensure adherence to CATRION systems, and uphold high service standards. You will manage client relationships and performance of the team to deliver consistent results.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience, a Diploma, and a focus on food safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in hospitality or catering operations is preferred.
Strong people management and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

Liaise with direct manager to ensure the support to the site and the team.
Ensure compliance of junior team members of CATRION systems to ensure that processes are followed.
Assist in the training of junior team members in the CATRION quality system ensures concepts are understood, followed and consistent service is delivered by means of toolbox talks and in post training.
Assist in the completion of employee evaluation or appraisals as per company procedure, to include improvement plans.
Deliver budgeted profit through management of food costs, labour costs and overhead costs.
Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction, dealing with and resolving issues quickly without compromising the profitability of the project.
