Job summary

Catrion Catering Holding, a Jeddah-based hospitality and catering group, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee meals for airline catering, company restaurants, and events in Riyadh. You will supervise hot food production, coordinate with Pre-Preparation, Cold Kitchen, and Bakery, and ensure compliance with Saudia Catering standards.

Responsibilities include shift checks, production planning, stock control, HACCP adherence, staff scheduling, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or Diploma required.
• 4–10 years of experience in catering/food production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hot food production based on demand and presentation requirements.
• Collaborate with Pre-Preparation, Cold Kitchen, and Bakery departments.
• Perform full shift checks and document quality adherence.
• Monitor production deadlines and keep Head Chef informed of issues.
• Conduct daily quality checks and record compliance.
• Oversee packing procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Plan staff schedules, rosters, and vacations to manage costs.
• Enforce hygiene standards and ensure staff complete required courses.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and temperature control standards.
