Job summary

Alturki Holding is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are implemented across site operations in Medina. The role drives a strong safety culture, ensures legal and client requirements are met, and minimizes risks to people, assets, and the environment.

You will conduct inspections, implement plans, investigate incidents, deliver trainings, prepare reports, and coordinate emergency drills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in facilities management, construction, or large-scale operations.
A recognised HSE certification is required: NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
Sound knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001.
Strong communication, reporting and leadership skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviour on site.

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections audits and risk assessments to identify and control hazards
Implement and monitor HSE plans procedures and permit-to-work systems on site
Investigate incidents and near misses identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions
Deliver HSE inductions toolbox talks and safety training for staff and subcontractors
Prepare HSE reports and statistics and maintain accurate safety records
Coordinate emergency preparedness including drills and response plans
