Job summary

alfanar is seeking an HSE professional to implement company policy and drive compliance across sites in Riyadh. You will develop and monitor health, safety, and environment programs, and generate reports on incidents and near misses.

You will lead safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills, ensuring alignment with Saudi regulations and the project HSE plan. Collaboration with operations and contractors is essential to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with preference for safety.
• Diploma in Safety Engineering preferred.
• 2–6 years of HSE experience in industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report health and safety performance and compliance.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identifications, and safety audits.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and site HSE plans.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
• Support site HSE management system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Promote proactive safety culture among workers and contractors.
