Job summary

alfanar is seeking an HSE Officer to promote health, safety and environmental procedures across sites in Saudi Arabia. You will support the development, monitoring and enforcement of policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee risk assessments and emergency drills.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a Diploma in OSH Tech, and collaboration with SABIC, SEC, MARAFIQ, ARAMCO and SWCC site teams. On-site work with strong safety focus is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Tech is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop, monitor and implement the organization's health and safety policy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Inspect the workplace for hazards and report risks.
• Conduct drills and investigations for accidents and emergencies.
• Maintain documentation for access gate passes and regulatory reports.
