Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd seeks a seasoned Engineer to manage day-to-day operation and maintenance on a site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role involves on-site supervision, trend analysis, and ensuring proper delegation of responsibilities within quality controls.

You will lead, coordinate, and support site personnel to uphold safety and reliability. The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 8+ years in O&M, and familiarity with SFG20/C4 maintenance

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in operation & maintenance.
• Knowledge of SFG20, C4, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance.
• Willing to work in remote location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O&M activities on site.
• Analyse trends and take corrective action.
• Ensure responsibilities are assigned and defined authorizations delegated.
• Provide leadership and maintain good personnel relations.
• Coordinate information flows between upstream and downstream parties.

Job description

Required to join an established building and facilities management contractor in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Based on site (this may be remote) you will take responsibility for

the day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on Site;

Analyse trends and takes corrective action

Ensures that responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated;

Provides leadership, maintains good personnel relations and provides support;

Structures and maintains information / communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.

Ensures that works are established within established Quality Control Standards

Applies the principles and techniques of site-supervision including; planning, organizing, staffing, leadership and control, and maintaining of discipline.

Manage and monitors training/support for Saudi Trainees, as and when required;

Monitors career development and appraise site personnel.

Coordinates and liaise with Client

Coordinates and liaise with the Company’s Project, Operations and Commercial Management

Applicants should meet the following criteria

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 8 years experience in the broad spectrum of operation & maintenance function

Knowledge of standards pertaining to SFG20, C4, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance; environmental safety work practices.
