Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Operations & Maintenance supervisor for an established building and facilities management contractor in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Based on site (this may be remote) you will oversee day-to-day O&M activities on site and drive corrective actions.

You will analyse trends, ensure proper authorisation, provide leadership, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while coordinating with client and company management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in the broad spectrum of operation & maintenance function.
• Knowledge of standards pertaining to SFG20, C4, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance; environmental safety work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on site.
• Analyse trends and take corrective action.
• Ensure responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated.
• Provide leadership, maintain good personnel relations and provide support.
• Structure and maintain information / communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.
• Ensure that works are established within established Quality Control Standards.
• Apply the principles and techniques of site-supervision including planning, organizing, staffing, leadership and control.
• Manage and monitor training/support for Saudi Trainees, as required.
• Monitor career development and appraise site personnel.
• Coordinate and liaise with Client and with Company's Project, Operations and Commercial Management.
