Job summary

WiiGroup in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager for a major project, overseeing multidisciplinary BIM delivery, coordination, digital workflows, governance, and information management on site. You will drive BEP development, model audits, clash resolution, and compliance with ISO 19650, coordinating Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure with clients and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years BIM experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver large GCC

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM experience on major projects.
• GCC region experience, Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BEP development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own BIM management across disciplines.
• Coordinate model deliveries, clashes, and workflow governance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client BIM requirements.
• Represent BIM in meetings with stakeholders and reports.
