Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator for a major Diriyah project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading multidisciplinary BIM activities, driving model coordination, clash detection, and information management on-site.

You will ensure delivery aligns with ISO 19650 standards and client expectations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. The ideal candidate brings extensive BIM experience on GCC projects, hands-on proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM experience on major construction projects.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale GCC projects, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Direct experience on Diriyah projects is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650, EIR/AIR requirements, BEP, and MIDP/TIDP processes.
• Site-based BIM coordination experience with shop drawing and site coordination exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day BIM coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure.
• Coordinate federated models and perform clash detection and model reviews.
• Maintain CDE platforms and ensure information exchanges align with BEP and project standards.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports and support digital delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve BIM-related issues in construction.
