Job summary

WiiGroup is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination on a major Diriyah project, ensuring compliant and timely delivery of architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure models on site.

You will drive clash detection, information management, and digital delivery workflows while aligning with ISO 19650 standards and client expectations, reporting to BIM leadership and coordinating with consultants, contractors and subcontractors on a rigorous site-based

Qualifications

Senior BIM Coordinator with 7+ years of BIM experience on major construction projects.
Strong experience delivering large GCC-region projects, Saudi Arabia preferred.
Experience with PIF-funded/Diriyah projects is a plus.
Proficiency in BIM standards: ISO 19650, EIR/AIR, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, and information management workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day BIM coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines.
Coordinate model development and ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project information.
Perform clash detection, model reviews, and issue tracking; run coordination workshops.
Manage federated models and maintain Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
