Job summary

WiiGroup is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the full BIM function on a major Saudi Arabia project. This site-based role requires coordinating Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure, and delivering BEPs, workflows, and schedules to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of BIM experience, strong GCC project background, and expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM experience, with senior leadership exposure.
• Extensive GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and governance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, EIR/AIR, MIDP/TIDP and BIM standards.
• Proficiency in BIM platforms: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of BIM management on the project and act as primary BIM contact.
• Lead BIM delivery across disciplines and manage BEP, responsibility matrices, and workflows.
• Oversee CDE setup, clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution.
• Provide governance updates, progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support site-based BIM workflows including shop drawing and coordination.
