Job summary

Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced Site Architectural Engineer in Saudi Arabia to lead interior fit-out and finishing at active sites. You will supervise architectural works from execution through completion, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of hands-on site supervision experience, strong knowledge of interior finishes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, with BIM knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural site supervision.
• Strong hands-on experience in Fit-Out, Finishing, and Architectural Works.
• Fit-Out and Finishing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and architectural details.
• Experience supervising and coordinating site activities with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines.
• Ability to review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, ceilings, flooring, walls, doors, joinery, and other architectural elements.
• Experience in quality control, site inspections, and resolving technical/site issues.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Fit-Out, Finishing, and Architectural Works at the project site.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the quality and progress of finishing and fit-out activities.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical details.
• Coordinate architectural works with MEP, structural, and other project disciplines.
• Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
• Follow up on RFIs, inspections, and technical approvals.
• Ensure approved materials and finishes are properly implemented.
• Monitor project progress and report site issues and observations to the project management team.
