Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale workplace fit-out projects from mobilization through handover. You will coordinate civil, architectural, MEP and interior works, manage the project team, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires minimum 12 years of direct workplace fit-out experience, including projects of 5,000 sqm or more, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workplace and office fit-out projects exceeding 5,000 sqm from mobilization through final handover.
• Lead and manage the complete project team, including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Coordinators, Supervisors, and other project staff.
• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, including time, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and all project stakeholders.
• Oversee civil, architectural, MEP, and fit-out works, ensuring proper coordination and execution.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, procurement, progress, and key project milestones.
• Lead regular project progress and coordination meetings and report directly to senior management.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project procedures.
• Lead testing, snagging, commissioning, and final project handover.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience specifically in workplace / office fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale workplace fit-out projects of 5,000 sqm or more.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing multiple site/project functions.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, architectural, MEP, and workplace fit-out works.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, cost control, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience dealing directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Experience with high-end corporate offices and large-scale turnkey workplace projects is highly preferred.

Important: This position requires a minimum of 12 years of direct workplace fit-out experience. Candidates without substantial workplace/office fit-out experience will not be considered.
