Job summary

Exceptional Interior Decoration in Riyadh is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities for interior fit-out projects. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards while coordinating with subcontractors and site personnel.

The role requires 3–5 years of site supervision experience, strong knowledge of finishing works, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in interior fit-out projects.
• 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and labor teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor workmanship quality and productivity.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and support timely project execution.
• Monitor material usage and maintain good site housekeeping.
• Supervise high‑end interior finishing works including woodwork and joinery.
• Flooring installations.
• Stone and marble cladding.
• Ceramic and porcelain tiling.
• Ceiling and wall finishes.
• Other architectural fit‑out works.
• Ensure exceptional workmanship accuracy and attention to detail throughout all finishing activities
