Job summary

Koch Industries, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced planning and cost-estimation professional to transform technical requirements into reliable production plans and execution forecasts.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to drive operational excellence and safe, high-quality manufacturing. The role emphasizes accurate estimates, labour forecasts, scheduling, and capacity planning, with proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in fabrication, engineered equipment, oil and gas, or project-driven manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, welding and inspection requirements, and routings.
• Knowledge of estimating methodologies, labour-hour forecasting, capacity planning, WBS, resource loading, and scheduling principles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, advanced Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, earned value management, and cost control practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates, labour forecasts and execution strategies.
• Build and maintain production plans aligning materials, resources and capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and support execution.
• Drive schedule forecasting, progress tracking and recovery planning.
• Analyze estimate and schedule performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Integrate safety, quality and risk management into planning activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance.

In this role you will play a critical part in delivering engineered-to-order projects by transforming technical requirements into accurate cost estimates executable production plans and reliable delivery forecasts You will help create value by improving planning accuracy resource utilization schedule performance and operational efficiency while supporting safe high-quality manufacturing execution

You will be part of a collaborative manufacturing and project execution team that supports engineered equipment projects from quotation through delivery Working closely with Engineering Project Management Production Supply Chain Quality EHS Finance and Commercial teams you will help drive operational excellence customer value and continuous improvement across the business
