Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Experience in fabrication, engineered equipment, oil and gas, or project-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, welding & inspection requirements, and routings.
  • Knowledge of estimating methodologies, labour-hour forecasting, capacity planning, and project scheduling principles.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, advanced Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate estimates, labour forecasts, and execution strategies for sound project decisions.
  • Build and maintain production plans aligning materials, resources, capacity, and priorities for reliable delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support execution.
  • Drive visibility through schedule forecasting, progress tracking, and proactive recovery planning.
  • Support operational excellence by analysing estimate and schedule performance and capturing lessons learned.
  • Promote safety, quality, and risk management in planning activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering engineered-to-order projects by transforming technical requirements into accurate cost estimates, executable production plans, and reliable delivery forecasts. You will help create value by improving planning accuracy, resource utilization, schedule performance, and operational efficiency while supporting safe, high-quality manufacturing execution.

Our Team

You will be part of a collaborative manufacturing and project execution team that supports engineered equipment projects from quotation through delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Finance, and Commercial teams, you will help drive operational excellence, customer value, and continuous improvement across the business.

What You Will Do
  • Develop accurate estimates, labour forecasts, and execution strategies that support commercially sound project decisions
  • Build and maintain production plans that align materials, resources, capacity, and project priorities to achieve reliable delivery performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support successful project execution
  • Drive visibility and accountability through schedule forecasting, progress tracking, and proactive recovery planning
  • Support operational excellence by analysing estimate and schedule performance, capturing lessons learned, and improving future accuracy
  • Promote responsible stewardship by integrating safety, quality, and risk management considerations into planning activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing performance
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience in fabrication, engineered equipment, oil and gas, or project-driven manufacturing environments
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, welding requirements, inspection requirements, and manufacturing routings
  • Knowledge of estimating methodologies, labour-hour forecasting, capacity planning, work breakdown structures, resource loading, and project scheduling principles
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, and ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and coordination skills
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with pressure equipment, combustion systems, structural fabrication, piping, welding, machining, coating, assembly, or testing operations
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, earned value management, and cost control practices
  • APICS, PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, Primavera, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications
  • Experience working within the Saudi industrial market and regulatory environment
