Job summary

Madar is seeking a talented Product Manager to own the Shipper Experience on our digital logistics platform. You will guide end-to-end product journeys from shipment creation to tracking and payment, collaborating across Product, Tech, Operations and Commercial teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Product Management, preferably in logistics or SaaS, with strong discovery and execution skills, data-driven decision making, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within logistics, supply chain technology, digital marketplaces, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience owning products end-to-end, including discovery and execution with engineering teams.
• Experience in high-ambiguity environments such as new ventures or complex growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the shipper experience, aligned with Madar's strategic and commercial objectives.
• Lead hands-on discovery efforts including shipper interviews, market and competitor analysis, problem validation, and hypothesis testing.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear statements, success metrics, and product direction.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, defining impact and evaluating risks and trade-offs.
• Continuously analyze shipper behavior and funnel performance to identify opportunities for activation, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Commercial, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
• Support onboarding of new shipper accounts by aligning product capabilities with needs.
