Job summary

Madar is transforming logistics in Saudi Arabia and is seeking a Product Manager to own the shipper experience on our digital platform. You will guide end-to-end product journeys from shipment creation to payment, ensuring speed, transparency, and confidence for shippers of all sizes.

Collaborate with product, technology, and commercial teams to identify pain points, translate them into opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Strong communication and influence skills in technical and commercial contexts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the shipper experience.
• Lead discovery through shipper interviews and market analysis.
• Translate problems into clear statements, success metrics, and direction.
• Develop business cases, assess risks, and prioritize decisions.
• Analyze shipper behavior and funnel performance to drive activation and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, and Ops.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new shipper accounts by aligning capabilities.
