Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or industrial settings.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience coaching and developing employee performance.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse & Shipping operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of daily activities.
• Foster a safety-first culture by identifying risks and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise and develop Warehouse and Shipping team members to improve capability and performance.
• Provide training on safe glass handling practices, operating procedures, and work standards.
• Drive employee engagement to achieve department objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
