Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse and Shipping operations on assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient daily work.
• Promote safety culture and address unsafe conditions and hazards.
• Keep warehouses organized and compliant with procedures and standards.
• Supervise and develop team members to improve performance and KPIs.
• Provide training on safe handling, SOPs and work standards.
• Drive engagement and ensure material availability through planning.
• Monitor performance, give feedback and coach through development.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics and Maintenance teams to boost performance and satisfaction.
