Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will drive process improvements, supervise staff, ensure SFDA and other regulatory compliance, and provide timely reports on safety, security, and performance to support the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and distribute work across the warehouse function and monitor execution.
• Develop proposals and procedures to simplify operations and improve results.
• Prepare performance reports, assess productivity, and identify training needs.
• Review department requirements and verify item availability in warehouses.
• Oversee dispatch of items to relevant departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain approved min/max limits.
• Organize receiving, issuing, packing, shipping, and material handling activities.
• Supervise inventory records and ensure accurate item movement tracking.
• Oversee cycle and full inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse employees and ensure effective performance.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control on slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
• Regularly visit warehouses to evaluate performance and licenses/permits.
• Maintain warehouse security and safety measures.
• Provide management with up-to-date safety, security, and operational reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
