We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Shift Charge Engineer in Saudi Arabia / Middle East. The requirement is for conventional power plant O&M and water desalination operations involving steam turbines, gas turbines, conventional power generation systems, and desalination facilities. Skilled and motivated power-plant professionals with strong shift-operation and plant-safety expertise are encouraged to apply early as positions are limited.
Power Plant Operations: Strong understanding of continuous operation and monitoring of conventional generating stations.
Steam Turbine Operations: Knowledge of steam turbine auxiliaries, operating parameters, start-up, shutdown, protection, and troubleshooting.
Gas Turbine Operations: Familiarity with gas turbine operation, auxiliaries, control systems, alarms, trips, and operating procedures.
Shift Operations & Control: Ability to supervise plant operating activities and coordinate safely across control-room and field teams.
Plant Safety & Permit Systems: Practical understanding of PTW, isolation, LOTO, emergency response, and safe operating procedures.
