Job summary

Sisco Jobs is recruiting for a Cluster Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia to develop integrated maintenance plans for power generation and desalination assets. The role requires coordinating outages, schedules, and resources across turbines, balance-of-plant, and utilities within a cluster to optimize plant availability.

You will use Primavera P6, CMMS/SAP PM, and related tools to build baselines, monitor progress, and deliver dashboards for management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated maintenance plans and schedules for multiple power generation and desalination assets within the assigned cluster.
• Prepare preventive, corrective, shutdown, and major outage schedules with plant O&M teams.
• Develop WBS, sequencing, milestones, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements across Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, BOP, utilities, and desalination systems.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and report to management.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, permits, and contractor requirements before maintenance activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports, forecasts, backlog reviews, and dashboards.
• Support shutdown/turnaround planning aligned with plant availability.

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Cluster Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia / Middle East. The requirement is for conventional power plant O&M and water desalination environments covering Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Conventional Power Plants, and Water Desalination facilities. Skilled and motivated planning professionals with strong exposure to maintenance and outage planning are encouraged to apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated maintenance plans and schedules for multiple power generation and desalination assets within the assigned cluster.
  
• Prepare preventive, corrective, shutdown, and major outage schedules in coordination with plant O&M teams.
  
• Develop detailed work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
  
• Coordinate maintenance requirements across Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, balance-of-plant, utilities, and desalination systems.
  
• Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify schedule delays, resource constraints, and emerging execution risks.
  
• Coordinate manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, permits, and contractor requirements before scheduled maintenance activities.
