Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. You will drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, gathering client requirements and aligning processes with ITIL practices.

You will lead workshops, assist with UAT, and provide training and ongoing support while collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and value delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a ServiceNow consultant or similar.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules.
• Strong ITIL understanding and process alignment.

Responsibilities

Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your functional expertise to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their business processes and deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements and process workflows.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on client needs, focusing on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions to establish best practices within ServiceNow.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the go-live support process.
• Provide ongoing support and training for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously provide value to clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or in a similar functional role.
• Proven knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and practices in relation to service management.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and align them with ServiceNow best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
