Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Project Manager to lead SPM implementations and upgrades in Riyadh. You will manage timelines, coordinate with clients, technical teams, and vendors, and ensure delivery aligned with clients' strategic goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven SPM project experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. PMP or ServiceNow SPM certifications are advantageous.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and company standards.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations and upgrades
• Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Strategic Portfolio Management modules
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
• ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM are an advantage
