Müller’s Solutions is actively seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications that support IT service management and business workflows. You will contribute from day one with a proven track record in ServiceNow development.

Responsibilities include integrating with REST/SOAP, testing, debugging, and documentation, while staying current with ITIL-aligned practices and industry standards. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog modules.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications per business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements.
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
• Test, debug, and optimize ServiceNow modules.
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Maintain clear documentation of development activities.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow enhancements and best practices.
