Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications promptly according to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements efficiently
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow integration mechanisms
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow modules
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to end-users
• Maintain clear documentation for all development activities
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver quickly
• Expertise in ServiceNow core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog
