Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a leadership or delivery management role within IT Services or Consulting.
• Strong experience overseeing complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven background in project governance, client engagement, and pre‑sales support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across assigned client portfolios.
• Manage resource allocation, project scheduling, and utilization metrics.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment to organizational standards.
• Support pre‑sales initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges proactively.
