Job summary

Yallo Retail seeks an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ITSM implementations in a fast-paced environment in Riyadh. You will drive Agile delivery, manage the project plan, and coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining strong client engagement.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to align IT services with business objectives. On-site in Riyadh with senior stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow ITSM implementations (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB).
• Strong experience managing Agile delivery projects.
• Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and constraints.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ServiceNow ITSM Agile implementation from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Own the overall project plan, sprint plan, milestones, and release schedule.
• Ensure Phase-wise delivery in line with committed timelines and customer expectations.
• Track and manage dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the customer.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and risk reports.
• Handle escalations and proactively manage customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
