Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow day-to-day — users, groups, roles, ACLs, notifications, scheduled jobs, MID Servers and instance health.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes and Service Catalog items; manage update sets and promote from sub-production to production.
• Administer HR Service Delivery — HR case management, lifecycle events, Employee Center, knowledge bases and employee document management.

Job Summary

Responsible for administering, configuring, and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform to support HR and IT service delivery. Gathers and analyzes business requirements across functions and translates them into effective application solutions, integrations, and process improvements. Provides functional and technical support across enterprise applications, ensures system reliability and performance, and contributes to application enhancements, testing, reporting, documentation, and the delivery of efficient, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Job Description

• Administer the ServiceNow platform day to day — users, groups, roles, ACLs, notifications, scheduled jobs, MID Servers and instance health — and keep it current through family upgrades, patching and instance clones.
  
• Configure and extend ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes and Service Catalog items; manage update sets and controlled promotion from sub-production to production.
  
• Administer and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery — HR case management, lifecycle events, Employee Center, knowledge bases and employee document management — working directly with the HR function.
  

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA) — required or to be obtained within the first six months.

Preferred: CIS–HR (HR ServiceDelivery), CIS–ITSM, Certified Application Developer (CAD).
