Job summary

RAQMEA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to shape architecture, governance, and enterprise standards. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to drive platform maturity and align with the organisation's technology strategy.

Responsibilities include defining principles, leading reviews, managing technical debt, and guiding roadmap planning. On-site in Saudi Arabia, you will influence complex stakeholders and deliver measurable platform value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Strong expertise in platform governance, architecture standards, and enterprise platform strategy.
• Experience defining and enforcing architecture principles and governance frameworks across large-scale enterprise environments.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Strong expertise in platform governance, architecture standards, and enterprise platform strategy.
• Experience defining and enforcing architecture principles and governance frameworks across large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, manage technical debt, and drive platform standardisation and optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to work on-site in the Kingdom.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Impact or platform health assessments.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and integration architecture.
• Experience working with enterprise or government clients in KSA or the wider GCC.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
