Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate and manage a dedicated service sales team with a hands-on approach.
• Aggressively grow the service contract business & advance CTS services within the territory.
• Sell and deliver professional services and exceed customer expectations.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and maintain up-to-date CRM data; record sales activities.
• Prospect new leads and upsell CTS products; plan activities with the CTS Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets including Airscan, AirNet, upgrades; conduct field visits to assess customer needs.
