Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial sales.
• Knowledge about compressed air & service market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Experience with Service Contract concept and sales.
• Experience with CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate and manage the service sales team with hands-on approach.
• Grow the service contract business and advance services within the defined territory.
• Sell and deliver professional services and exceed customer expectations.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and ensure timely response.
• Maintain CRM up to date and record all sales activities.
• Prospect new opportunities and upsell CTS products to customers.
