Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Certifications like MCSE / Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate / Azure Administrator are preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and security best practices.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Administer AD, GPOs, authentication, and user/group management.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, and core network services for stable connectivity.
• Apply security hardening, patching, and compliance measures.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot with Windows tools and third-party utilities.
• Design and maintain backup/DR strategies using Veeam or Windows Backup.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Follow ITIL guidance for incident, change, and service requests.
• Work with Azure AD, M365, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Document infrastructure configurations and SOPs.
