Job summary

IT Builders is seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to oversee Windows Server environments and Active Directory in a Riyadh on-site role. The candidate will configure DNS/DHCP, apply security hardening, and manage backups to ensure a stable IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise Windows experience, PowerShell scripting ability, and familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), ITIL practices, and cloud hybrid identities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT.
• 3+ years of enterprise Windows administration experience.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Administer Active Directory, GPOs, authentication, and user/group management.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.
• Implement security hardening, patching, and compliance measures.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot using Windows tools.
• Plan backups and disaster recovery with Veeam or Windows Backup.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Follow ITIL practices for incident and change management.
• Collaborate on Azure AD and Microsoft 365 hybrid identities.
• Document infrastructure configurations and SOPs.
