Qualifications

• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to employee well-being.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations for a safe workplace.
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs including health insurance and counseling services.
• Effective communication to convey well-being program details.
• Continuous improvement of well-being initiatives based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee welfare functions and programs within the organization.
• Support workers with personal and work-related challenges and coordinate with external resources.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through wellness activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Safety/HSE to define program guidelines.
• Attend workers’ committee meetings and foster employer–employee relations.
• Counsel and motivate employees on personal and family issues; address grievances promptly.
